WILLIAM PEDUTO MEMBER OF COUNCIL, CITY OF PITTSBURGH COMMITTEE ON FINANCE AND LAW

<p>To: Carla Miller City Ethics 4417 Beach Blvd., Suite 300 Jacksonville, FL 32207 Dear Ms. Miller: I would like to thank you and your staff for your assistance as Pittsburgh City Council drafted changes to its Ethics Code. As you know, Council recently passed a series of government reform bills regulating lobbyist activity, no-bid contracts, campaign finance reform and stronger Ethics Code provisions. City Ethics provided a valuable resource as Council looked for best practice models from around the country that Pittsburgh should implement to make its city government more transparent and accountable to the public. Thank you again for your guidance. I look forward to working with City Ethics on future endeavors. Sincerely, William Perduto Pittsburgh City Council - District 8 510 City-County Building Pittsburgh.
